ni ikan gelama goreng..saya suke perapkan dgn bawang putih,halia,lada hitam dan garam kasar yang ditumbuk lumat..sapu2..perap sebentar dan goreng..mmg mabeles...
ni asam pedas....resepi yang sama dgnasam pedas sebelum ni..tapi...pakai ikan lain...aper2pon sedap pakai ikan pari lagi la asam pedas nih.huhuhuhuhu. ni tak tau..ayahanda yang belikan kepala ikan ni...

Scallop + Ikan= Jom Menjala
N3 lunch sebenarnya...tp,kes bz sgt tadi..masuk la ke malam punyer n3..huhuhuh..pemalaskan saya?hehehhehe..bkn per..dok bz siapkan roti jaler kaler maler la ptg tadi ni...ngn botol ajaib yang diexport dari Daiso saner...thankz tok akak ni yang tlong belikan tok sayer..suker sgt....chumel giler..cuma xterer lagi nak guna...kejap jd keci,kejap besar..hahahahaha..tpi part gulong2 best...mudah sesangat..huhuhuh..oh yer...pg tadi ayahnda tuan rumah ke pasar..guest wat....die belikan kekapis atau scallop...menenung tuan tanah berpikir...nak masak camner mende alah ni..nak masak skian hal..nak membersihkan nyer tuh..adus..alih2....bukala YOU TUBE..hahahhahaha..xbnyk pon..sedikit pon jadi la...
ok..memandangkan xtau nak masak per..tuan tanah bercadang buat mcm lala ari tuh...yang mana resepinya hanya menggunakan tomato,cilipadi,cili merah,serai,halia,bawang putih n bawang merah yang mana semua dicincang. Kemudian panaskan miyak,tumis semuanya kecuali tomato..agak2 garing skit,barula masukkan tomato dan kacau sebati..kemudian,masukkan sedikit sos cili,sos tiram,sos tomato dan tuan tanah masukkan jugak sedikit sos plum..theheheheh...kacau rata,then masuk la garam gula n perisa maner patut..Akhir sekali,masukkan scalop tuh...biarkan hingga masak.Nota kaki..len kali xyah masukkan kulit tuh...nyusahkan aje...baik masuk isi je..senang...huhuhuh..oh ya..jgn luper..perah limau nipis kasik best skit...

Last skali..kes bz pasaltuan tanah buat roti jala kaler maler nih la...sambil2 merasmikan botol mucung 2 tuh..hahahahah..suker sgt...semua org pelik..camner dpt roti berkaler2 camni...oh ya..resepi amik kat rumah kak nor secubit garam..makan plak dgn kari ayam...ok..pasal tuan tanah berdarah kelantan...kene skit2 manis kari tuh...tp gula suku r tarok...pasal bonda ku kurang gemar ala2 manis...hm..variaty rasa yang bnyk..huhuhuh Xp

Cek Kesihatan
Hm...dh lama tggu...tiap2 mnggu hari khamis slalu kol bonda tercinta nak tahu ade ke tak pemeriksaaan kesihatan hari tu...nasib baik hari ni ade..dia buat sebulan skali penyer..setiap minggu ke 2 tiap2 bulan kat area nak ke wad tu...kalu sesaper nak gi...setiap mnggu ke 2 tu setiap bulan g rr jenguk..hari khamis k...kol 10-12tghari..ku pegi kol 9...hadoi..bermenung menunggu ianya bukak.hahahah..ok..skarng dah tau..bulan depan g lewat skit..kat2 kol 10 plak..hehehhe...baik tau..periksa kesihatan..ade cek tekanan darah,cek kolestrol (xder amik darah bagai yer..cek biase2 j) pastu cek diabetis..kene cucuk r...part ni tuan tanah tak suker...ye la..bak kate org..mende lain xtakot..part jarum aper semua ni...tuan tanah mmg serender..huhuhuh..so far...kencing manis pon dah ok..xtinggi dah (TERIMA KASIH VCO)..mkan pende ni la...mmg turun paras gula i..hahhahahah..pastu satu lagi... bab tekanan darah.... i dpt 124/91mmHg. so...nurse gitau soh jaga kesihatan...jgn selalu stres2...sentiase bersukan....huhuhuh...mgkin terjadi kes slalu tido lewat kot..tu pasal jadi camni tuh...hm..nnti len kali saya kene tido awal sedikit n jaga pemakan...jgn makan mende berlemak2 jua..hahahaah..
ni result die.huhuhuhuhuh..semua normal k..kecuali BP j skit...

GEORGE TOWN: A woman who bought a tray of eggs in Pulau Tikus had a shock when she found them to be “fake eggs”.
Consumers Association of Penang president S.M. Mohamed Idris said the housewife had brought the eggs to his office after finding something fishy when she tried to cook them.
“She told us that the eggs did not smell like real eggs and were tasteless. It was also of unusual shapes and larger than real eggs.
“The fake egg also had a rougher surface than the genuine one.
“When cracked, there was no sign of chalaza, the structure inside the egg that keeps the yolk in place.
“The fake egg white and yolk quickly mixed together, unlike that of real eggs,” Idris said.
He said after boiling the egg and cutting it open, the egg yolk appeared to be more “yellowish” than that of a normal egg.
Idris said an e-mail widely circulated among the public in Penang had claimed that fake eggs which were common in China, were full of chemicals and sold at lower prices.
Idris also said it would be very hard to tell the difference between fake eggs and genuine ones as both looked almost identical.
“Try to look out for the weird shapes,” he said, adding that his staff members had bought more eggs from the shop frequented by the woman and found them to be “fake”.
A tray of 30 real eggs costs around RM10.50. The fake eggs cost RM11.
Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism enforcement chief M. Guna Selan said his office had not received any such complaint.

During a recent raid on a wholesale centre in Guangzhou city, the capital of China 's Guangdong province, a large quantity of fake eggs was seized.
Their wholesale price is 0.15 yuan (S$0.03) each - half the price of a real egg.
Consumers have a hard time telling a genuine egg from a fake one. This is good news for unscrupulous entrepreneurs, who are even conducting three-day courses in the production of artificial eggs for less than S$150. A reporter with Hong Kong-based Chinese magazine East Week enrolled in one such course.
To create egg white, the instructor - a woman in her 20s - used assorted ingredients such as gelatin, an unknown powder, benzoic acid, coagulating material and even alum, which is normally used for industrial processes.
For egg yolk, some lemon-yellow colouring powder is mixed to a liquid and the concoction stirred. The liquid is then poured into a round-shaped plastic mould and mixed with so-called 'magic water', which contains calcium chloride.
This gives the 'yolk' a thin outer membrane, firming it up. The egg is then shaped with a mould. The shell is not forgotten. Paraffin wax and an unidentified white liquid are poured onto the fake egg, which is then left to dry.
The artificial egg can be fried sunny-side up or steamed. Although bubbles appear on the white of the egg, those who have tasted it say the fake stuff tastes very much like the real thing.
But experts warn of the danger of eating fake eggs. Not only do they not contain any nutrients, a Hong Kong Chinese University professor warned that long-term consumption of alum could cause dementia
To make the egg white, various ingredients, including a powder and alum, are mixed together.
The 'yolk' is shaped in the round mould. 'Magic water' containing calcium chloride is used.
Hardy shells are formed by pouring paraffin wax and a liquid onto the egg, which are then left to dry.

Ayam Berempah
ahak....oh ya..sori..lama tak menghapdate...tahap M mendahului segalanya di campur kebizian kat opis akibat ade kedatangan org2 audit pd bulan april nih..oh..saya sungguh tak suker org2 audit nih... (-_-'') BENCI...ok..luperkan kebencian tu...aper2 pon..jom layan Ayam Berempah ni...resepi yang diambil dari buku Sajian Planta..resepi asalnya Kepak Ayam Berempah..tp..kat rumah tuan tanah xder kepak k..ade part2 lain jer...jadi..gunakan ajer part2 yang ado..huhuhuh..sesaper nak tgk resepi die..jom...
Kepak Ayam Berempah
Bahan2:
150g marjerin Planta (saya gantikan ngan minyak biasa jer...)
800 gm kepak ayam
2 sb serbuk kari daging (saya lebihkan 1 sudu serbuk kari)
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
6 keping daun kari
2 bj bawang merah sederhana * (saya jua lebihkkan sebiji bawang )
4 ulas bawang putih*
4 biji cili merah *
2 cm halia *
garam, serbuk lada putih, gula secukup rasa
Cara Buat:
1. Blend bahan2 yang bertanda *
2. Panaskan minyak (planta) dan tumiskan daun kari serta bahan2 yang di blend tadi hingga wangi. Setelah wangi, masukkan serbuk kari dan serbuk cili dan biarkan seketika.
2. Masukkan kepak ayam.
3. Tambah garam,serbuk lada putih,gula secukup rasa.
4 Balikkan kepak ayam beberapa kali hingga sebati dengan rempah,agak kering dan masak.
>> Tuan tanah masukkan sedikit air dan 3 sudu besar susu cair untuk menjadikan lebih berkuah..
Oh ya...xluper juga di ucapkan Selamat Ulangtahun Perkhawinan buat kak Nor Secubit Garam...dan juga Kak Ummi Zahidi. Semoga terus bahagia bersama-sama insan yang tersayang....
